November Truck & Plant Sale – Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Bidding
All bidders must register with GLD Commercial Auctions Ltd before placing bids. All bids are legally binding and cannot be withdrawn once accepted.
2. Vehicle & Machinery Condition
All lots are sold as seen, with descriptions and photographs provided for guidance.
3. VAT & Fees
VAT will be charged where applicable. Any buyer’s premium or additional fees will be clearly displayed in the auction terms or applicable lot details.
4. Payment
Full payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment must be made directly to GLD Commercial Auctions Ltd using the authorised payment instructions.
5. Collection
All lots are collected directly from the seller’s location unless otherwise stated. Collection is strictly by appointment and only permitted once cleared payment has been received and GLD has authorised release.
6. Lot Descriptions
Buyers are responsible for checking the condition, specifications, mileage, hours and suitability of any lot before bidding. Any known faults will be disclosed where provided to GLD.
7. Outstanding Finance
Sellers are responsible for ensuring any outstanding finance is settled and that they have the legal authority to sell their assets. All assets will be run through finance and theft checks before entry.
8. Auction Rules
GLD Commercial Auctions reserves the right to withdraw lots, amend descriptions, reject bids or extend the auction where necessary, subject to applicable law and the published auction rules.
9. Agreement to Terms
By registering and bidding, buyers agree to the applicable GLD Commercial Auctions Ltd Buyer Terms & Conditions and Auction Rules.
